His pride & joy is a 996 GT3. While retaining the same block as the 993 Series, the GT cars along with the Turbo had separate water jackets on each cylinder bank. Using the same chassis as the Turbo, the GT3 utilized the reinforced front suspension (without AWD) to achieve 1.03G on the skidpad. It was the highest lateral grip of any production car to-date. The 3.6-liter offers 375 horsepower and 284 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual. Along with the other 996 series, they are the most affordable 911 models on the market.
